Frequently asked questions
I bought Premium but the app still shows the free plan
Open Profile → Account → Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the App Store with the same Apple ID you used to buy. If it still does not work, email us with the purchase date.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Wordilla → Cancel. Premium stays active until the end of the paid period. Refund requests are made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Can I learn more than one language?
Yes. Free accounts can add up to two languages; Premium removes the limit. Switch the active language in Profile → Learning.
My words did not appear on my other iPhone
Both devices must be signed in to the same account and online. Open the Words tab on the second device and pull down to refresh. If words are still missing after a minute, sign out and back in on that device.
Audio does not play
Check the silent switch and the volume. Some words use high-quality recorded audio that downloads on first use; a slow connection can delay it. If the device voice is used instead, you can pick another voice in Profile → Learning → Tutor voice.
